Aren't we all humans, after all?
We all want the same things at the aftermath.
we want be countable, we want to be free and we need that sense of affection and affirmation everywhere we are!
And one of the most easiest ways to make it happen is Great communication in our work space.
As I travelled the world for the sake of exploring it, I found out that the more we spend our time on feeling good in our environment the less effective we are, and the simple reason is - we all wanna be loved, wherever we are.
whether we are at home, with friends or at work - we need to feel affection.
it's one of the most ancient traits of man kind and it's only natural that we would like to feel this way.
So why isn't an Happy Employee Department in every organization?
well... first of all, there are a few org's who do have it as well as our's The Magaziner Group. But it's just too little and it seems to me that CEO's and owners don't really focus on that particular part of the employer needs.
As i drilled down to investigate this subject, I actually found out that most workers, aren't pleased with their organizations or the way they are treated in their work.
According to a study by economists at the University of Warwick, they found that happiness led to a 12% spike in productivity, while unhappy workers proved 10% less productive. As the research team put it, “We find that human happiness has large and positive causal effects on productivity. Positive emotions appear to invigorate human beings.”
