One of the most stuggering things that is very common in our society in this era is the fact that we are staying way more hours in our work then we intent to. and the reason is simple - there isn't enough time for everything, right!??

So what do we do to keep ourselves awake, in focus and effective?

we drink tons of coffee or other worse caffeine beverages, we eat stuff we dont really need, or we just go to auto pilot and forget we are human's and keep on going untill we are at home and it's 10PM and we litterally crush on the nearest sofa and fall a sleep.

1. Excercise - if it's a small strech & walk routine or an half an hour gym session, you defintely need this!

2. Meditation - it is well known globally that meditation is now one of the greatest tools man kind has to enrich himself spiritually, but a new study indicates that 5 to 30 minutes of meditation every day will recharge your body with energy that you never felt before - TRY IT!

Meditation can be used in many ways and there is lots' and lot's of information about this on the internet, and while we might think that meditation is something we do only when we are at the local yoga lesson or when we are on our india -middle life crisis- trip, nowdays, you can totally do this by yourself without any prior knowledge or guidance.
