The ZiNER Academy - Mentorship Program

Important things to know before starting.

1. Everybody is eligible to enter the program above 16 years of age.

*Applicants under this age are requested to provide additional references.

2. We are reading and examining ALL the applications sent to us, and we are sending our final answers to all candidates up to one week after the final due date of every pre-season.

3. The Program is divided to 4 seasons during one calendar year.

Each season lasts about one-quarter of a year\3 months approx. and has a "Pre Season" period

where candidates are sending their applications.

Applicants can send requests during every "pre-season" up until the final due date at 23:59.

4. Requests sent after the scheduled due date will not be reviewed, so if you (unfortunately) missed the deadline, we highly recommend you to wait until the next season opens up.

Great, so now that we got this covered, here is what you need to do:

1. Send us a letter covering all the details about you and your ambitions, tell us what you are doing now to promote your business, start-up or idea.

in order to make the best out of this process, Please share with us your prior experience in that realm or at any other, a CV file will be a good addition.

2. Every content you send us like video, letter, and documentation

needs to be in or translated to proper English, Hebrew or Spanish.

3. send us a short video of you sharing with us your idea, share with us a bit of your story\some info about you so we can get to know you and ofcourse what kind of assistance would you need. if you don't know yet, no problem - we'll get there, later on.

you can send this video via Email \ Drive \ Facebook \ other Cloud services.

Tips for the video:

a. This video will be sent with a letter covering everything you wish to share with us related to yourself and to your project.

try to keep it simple, tell us why you think you should be on this program.

b. DONT OVERTHINK IT!!! we just wanna get to know you, that's all.

no need for mega production expenses, a selfie video from your smartphone will be just as amazing.

c. we know you can talk about your dreams and ambitions all day long as well as we can, and we have about 300 submissions from 30 different countries each season, so let's keep the juicy stuff for this video and anything else you wanna tell us more about, you can do so in the letter attached ;)

make a video up to 2 minutes.

The "Basic Kit" means: that even if you haven't qualified for this round, you can still qualify for the next round, without any additional payment.

and if that's not enough, you will get from us a 1 on 1 meeting (can be physically or digitally) of 1.5 hours \ 90 minutes, and in that meeting, you will have an opportunity for 2 things only.

1. The back door man - you will get the chance to communicate with us directly in that meeting and use it to convince us why you can be our back-door man, every season we are selecting 1 person from all the applicants who will join the program even though he didn't qualify at first.

we do want you in. we just want it to be the right moment for you to enjoy it and to excel in it.

There are no F's and D's or C's in this program, everybody who completes the program will finish an "A".

so maybe you are, our back door man so use this meeting wisely.

2. The Early Bird - Maybe you are not the back door man because we feel your project or your ideas are good but not established well enough.

in that case, we will use this meeting to provide you with guidance, planning, and Q&A for you to set your goals ready to go and start acting on them.

Either way look, we know you are a hard worker hustler and you registered to this program for one reason only to get the set of tools you need to start your journey. If you're up to the challenge, we will do everything we can in order to get you there.
